Smile training my vertical farther

i have mentioned that i have not really trained to improve my vertical i have just been doing plyos once a week to keep results,

but now i am going for my goal to increase my standing vert from 45 inches to my goal of sixty inches,

so tommorow i am going to start super hops and i will tell you my results after part one and then ill do my bonus schedule. i can now train now that my leg is better.too bad i dont have a video camera or i could show you my dunk.
