How many hours do you guys practice a day? weekdays and on weekends?



right know im only practicing 4 hours a day

i pay 18$ per month, 2 courts (1 big one) and it aint crowded

the only reason i only practice 3 hours a day on bball its cuz i am doin weight lifting 4 times a week and i would be over training.

I practice IF I have a ball to play with. I have a NBA size court literally in front of my house. But this summer I'm going to train my HARDEST, I just need to train my body and start lifting.
