My new schedule and question on off days!

i think thursday and sunday but make sure you start on monday this is good for recovery.

i think it will give you a good break so on friday youll have more energy for workouts, i did the days off on weekends, but thats because i am used to that. so if you would rather have a free weekend too it would give you some extra time, but how do you plan to train in the school year.

its gona be exact same almsot cept i probably need to focus more on bball other tahn weight training. i will worry about that when the time comes.

Right now i want to enjoy summer!
