no1 is a good writer... so dont sweat it...i get 90+ in all subject cept in english which i get 88

Powerlifters aren't ripped. They are big, but not ripped. Bodybuilders are ripped to shreds and huge. And they are strong too. Go check out Ronnie Coleman on Youtube deadlifting some obscenely massive weight. On that same video he does some monster squats and leg presses the equivalent of a car.

they arent trying to be explosive they just want to be able to say i can lift so much ... a power athlet trains to do things quickly.
it wasn't copied from tvp the example was because that is the easisest maths you can use that is relistic. that came from my own knowledge so don't try and put me down for some fraud please

not sure if thats a good idea man. I mean you mgiht overtrain. TVP covers all your bodyparts fairly well and adding more migth result in overtrain!!

i would becaerful of what yu add and how much is added.
