u goin have to work on everything if u want to play d1....includin dribblin (in the offseason gilbert arenas does daily 1.5 hours of dribbling programs and he has crayz handles......)

but emphasizing shooting is really more important right now cause i am a terrible shooter so i need to work over that this summer then next school year i can turn down my intensity so i don't have to work sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo oooooooooooooo hard to perfect shooting like i did dribbling last winter

ya shooting is number 1 priority no matter who you are. you still make team if you can shoot and cant dribble.

but if you can dribble but cant shoot, you prob wont make it.

in case you guys dont know, you dont need a shooting program

it only helps you so much but the best way is to just shoot... with good form and lots of repititions

mental imagery also helps a lot

no it isnt the best way to improve you shooting is to shoot a smaller amount every day with perfect form than to shoot loads on a couple of days a week.

yes i wouldnt be doing 100s of shots a day either it could effect you form and power in the shots.

i mostly am working on freethrows and form shooting (keepin my arm straights the real problem)

well my shot can always be improved and i am never satisfied with it. even when i shoot like 10 3's in a row in practice i am still not content.

my form can also be improved but i find that taking 10 min break/100shot has worked real nice for me. i spend average 2-3 hours 4 times a week in the gym shooting. i wana make it 5 but my parents suggest i cut down the volume of my exercise. they saw my sced and were horrified...
