well my shot can always be improved and i am never satisfied with it. even when i shoot like 10 3's in a row in practice i am still not content.
my form can also be improved but i find that taking 10 min break/100shot has worked real nice for me. i spend average 2-3 hours 4 times a week in the gym shooting. i wana make it 5 but my parents suggest i cut down the volume of my exercise. they saw my sced and were horrified...
