i also have one problem with tvp tvp teaches you to raise your vertical but it doen not help you much with say learning to dunk from the free point line or fowel. it teaches you to jump straight up. in vjb the plyos help you move straight up and also help you move forward and up. and vjb weight raining gets you ready for tvp.
