need help i think?
ok so im 12 and my vert is 15'' i just strained my shoulder playing basketball, so i havent been able to do the VJB, does my vert suck??? im only 12 im 5'5 and im still growing like a weed, ive grown 2 ft. 6 in. since december. tell me if my vert sucks, and plz help, keep in mind ive got a strained shoulder, im waiting for that to heal.

your vert aint great and u will see great results doing vJB beginner plyos and novice weights.

i do novice plyos but i dont do weights im on phase 2 and the 2nd week, should i start doing the weights???

1 thing that is a problem though is, i have osgoodslaughters, its a type of disease in the knees when ur growing, boys ages 12 - 14. it gives my knees alot of pain, so i dont know when ill start back up again, and for the weights, should i start on phase 2 week two, or should i start from the beginning???

Ya thats serious. if it hurst your knees, dont push it. it can actually decrease your vert. If you feel pain when weight trainin, like you are about to pull something, stop immediately, go home and stretch your legs good.

ya shoulder has nothing to do wit VJB man just when ya doing it dont use ya arms in anything like da warmups and strecthes(arm circles) or any ones tat requier u 2 use ya arms...and ya vert aint tat gud either no offense but tats y we have jump programs!...im still unsure about a 12 year old doing weights man...i know i heard all da stuff it wont stunt ya growth and all but i heard tats oly upper body weights but lower body?? i aint sure so im cautious bout it...especially since u have osgoschlatters syndrome or watever like me so i wouldnt until youve been advised u can ..c ya doc or podiatrist or even phyiso i feel ya pain..heal ya shoulder up and i hope u get well soon...PLy's and bodyweight should b gud enough...

ok, yea i see a chiropractor, and hes been helping me shoulder alot. The thing with my shoulder though when i do plyo's is that when i land, my shoulder bounces, and it hurts, i might do plyos in a little bit once my leg doesnt hurt

is novice weights, novice strength training, and if it is, i dont understand any of the exercises!!!
