Default Just got the VJB

Right now my standing vert is 20" and by running vert is 26". Im 16 and i weight 117 and 5'7". Im think of doing the Novice Plyo and the Body weight strength trainin program. What do u think, overtraining?

Redsox your vert is pretty high what program do u us? Im hoppin to get my vert around 40". Think ill get gain alot with the program im bout to do

My legs are pretty sore after doing the 2 workouts especialy doing the weighted trainin were its a bit slower on the workouts. I know it will be sore tomorrow.

bodyweight exercises, old strengthshoes, plyometrics, i followed my own programs . by the way you can find pretty much every program for free somewhere on this website. like tvp,vjb.

if ur hurting after da first 2-3 weeks and u struggle wit cramps ect then its overtraining
