well you should def do a weight that is comfortable for you try 60 lbs.
K i am def minusing the amount i am doing. i started with left leg at 85 lbs :!
When i got home from gym like 5 min after i treid split squat again with my right leg at 40 lbs with 2 dumbbells and ti was a bit light. i thnk i am gona split squat 50lbs.

i would get your leg checked or rest it you dont want to make it worse.
