I dont do specific plyo trainin cuz i get enough plyo from my bball skill workouts. i usually practice bball skill for like 2 hours at fairly low intensity (meaning i take like a 5 minute break every 20 min or every 100 shots) then i do VJB novice weights, which is like 30 min.
if i add any more to my schedule, i would overtrain.
