6'1 at 14 how tall are you supposed to be wen u are fully grown? And its not as skinny as you might think its not like u can see every bone in his body he just doesnt have much fat. And you should work on strengthening ur legs before doing plyos, i could grab the rim wen i was like that body type but i ran track you probably just have to develop ur leg muscles more
EDIT: oh, i thought u were 14, but 13 you're pretty tall for 13 if u just worked on strengthening your legs plus u r still growing u could b dunking wen ur still just 14
