its defanitely possible if he is 6' like he said and his weight is right. Sounds exactly what i looked like last year, tall but skinny but i had some muscle in my legs....i weighed from 143-145 so defanitely possible cuz i was 6' as well.

6'1 and 140-5 is actually really skinny
my brother is 5'11 and hes 156 and hes REALLY SKINNY
so you definitely need more muscle

he shouldn't need to lose weight im 5'6 150 pounds and i can grab a 10 foot rim so i dont think weight is an issue it mostly depends on ur leg muscles

i havent even developped my muscle fully yet seeing how im not even 14 for a couple months. my legs are actually very strong for my age, im 7th fastest runner in my city and can probably leg press more than 80% of people in my year but compared to even a average 15 year old im nothing.

thats why i just need to build muscle in legs. if i am 6'1 and can almost touch the rim i want to have excersizes that will have my dunking in less than a year(i will probably grow and inch in the next year +arm length)
