Thumbs up 0->Advanced Bodyweight Exercises<-0

After redsoxfan15 posted about how using bodyweigth exercises can be beneficial. i remembered i had this awesome website which gives in depth detail on bodyweigth exercises with step by step instructions on learning them.

The exercises vary from pistol squats, to clapping handstand pushup. These exercises are extremely difficult and can take a long time to learn but they will no doubt boost your strength level up.
