Angry (_+Glute Ham raises are hard...+_)

I started doing glute ham raises today and man were they hard! i could only go donw like 3 inches before i start collapsing completely and have to use my heands to break teh fall.

Is it because i have weak glutes or hamstrings?

why in the vjb does kelly recomed doing glute ham raises insted of leg curls. what one is beta and what if you find it to hard to do glute ham raises??

um... i think its because the leg curls just help the hammis (hamstrings) but the ghr's use the Glutes and the hammis

No i dont get it. you are suppose to lower yourself slowly but i can hardly lower my self at all before i collapse.

well try to start from the bottom...and then use ur hands to slowly assist u coming up!

i thought u suppose to start from top and slowly lower yourself down, tahts waht vjb says. i cant even lift myself up a tiny bit. my arms do 99% of work liftin myself up lol.

I just try to lower myself down as slowly as i can and use my arms when i am about to collapse.
