not jumpers knee!!! :(

i wish i had jumpers knee, it doesnt hurt as much as this
first off sorry for all the topics, im just trying to learn

anyway for the past 2 month my knee has been hurting on the outside when i jump

i have it marked on this picture

seriously tho
it hurts only when i jump, and for about 2 seconds after i jump
but if i keep jumping when it hurts it will stay hurting for like a day
then when i jump of it again it starts hurting

also it doesnt hurt when i jump little jumps
only when i try to jump high and not always either
like today i was dunking and mayb after my 10th jump it started hurting

i took a 2 week break like a month ago, but it didnt get any better
it started hurting again after like 10-20 SERIOUS jumps ^^ <---(serious )
anyone had this or knows about it
help would GREATLY be appreciated

it sounds to me like an impact injury. you are probably best seeing a physio about it and definitely lay off the jumping on it.
