if you got a weak strength base, plyos aint gona help much. better off strength training. plyos only kick into gear once you can squat 1.5 times bodyweight.
I did a shit load of plyos before but i couldnt squat shit so i didnt really benefit from it. AA plyso might have gotten me like 2 inches in 8 weeks
If i had bought aa3 i was def gona refund it lol.
