if you are gonna do airalert why dont you do air alert 3 i also have the advanced routine to add the extra inches make sure you have some real strong legs this could cripple you.

this is exactly the program that made me lose my entire basketball season and all the way up through midway of the 4th marking period. There is tons of info on this site to what Air Alert does to people, show it to your coach and let him know that there are better, free, less risk of injury programs that the team can do. I understand he wants the team well conditioned, but i think he would rather have a team at all then have a bunch of crippled kids that cant even play...you know some of the other programs and u know where to get them, show this to your coach and hopefully you wont have to do it and u;ll do some other program..but if u dont, ice ur knees each night, even when they dont hurt

now i know you said no aa haters but i despise aa. Tell your coach taht it doens increas inches because its pure plyometric and its a lot of them!!!! you think doing 1000 leapups is gona increas your vert???? no man, it increases stamia like a long distance runner and in most cases decrese vert.

It causes muscular imbalances because it only targests quads and calfs and ignores the posterior chain which is the most important part in vertical jumping. plus, most people arent even qualified to do aa. the shear number of reps in aa2 is purely retarded.

i dont know what your coach typed in google but hes an idiot to say the least. Tell your coach that vertical jump is a test of power=force x velocity.

Now aa doesnt increase any of it and decreses velocity because you gotta do the jumps slower to complete all the reps. i know therse a lot of people saying aa is bad and i can tell you from my persnoal experience that its horrible. its anoher program by a internet markerter making cash.

people think its legilimate because it has a vid.

now a member here posted why aa is bad. i wll try to find it and post it again.
