Ok, so i want an oppinion of what the best jumping program is... need some help here... im doing VJB but i dont know if i should switch and do something else...

1. The Vertical Project
2. Jump Experts
3. Vertical Jump Bible

All the rest are hypes and bullshit put together to rip you off.

vjb is best for beginners so i voted for it, it wud prob be then jump experts then the best is vertical project BUT its most advanced and wud need a bit of experience in vert training bfor most likely around 30+ inches to do it to get good results, not saying its bad if u got lower but is prob more suitable
