Default VJB workout question

Would it be better to do what the thing says like do weights and plyos on monday then day off and crap, but can u just do it like 2 times a week on the same days (weights and plyos) or do u hav to follow the options?

you do the wieghts and plyos on the same day, twice a week, if thats what your talking about.

I do mine on tuesday and thursday and on saturday or sunday i do ankle exercises and calf raises

this actually depends on whether you need more work on strength or more work on plyos such as reactive strength.

if you need improvements on sterngth, tis better to do plyos only once a week.

if you need improvements on plyo strength more, do ploys 2times a week and weights 2 times a week as well
