have you taken anything from us i was the one who started the giving away of the vertical project, i was that is worth over three times more than jump experts, wow any of us would have shared it the guy is a like a billionaire you cant give it away on the forum but you could message it to someone, for here on you dont belong on the forum.

ANYBODY WHO SHARED WITH streetball talk is a reliable source i have messaged people everything i have, tvp,vjb, go up strong, jumping advantage,athletic advantage, power plyos, air alert and the rest of the stuff i got from rangerid.

beside its only gona be a matter of time before it get leaked

Ease up fellas. I may only be new to the forum but a little bit of friendly restraint wouldn't hurt. I haven't taken free copies of any the other programs either so don't start that up. And why am I the bad guy for not wanting to illegally distribute stuff. Actually before you spend your money it isn't that amazing. Especially when you consider most of you have VJB. There are basically a heap of different programs and to be honest none of them are that amazing. The real value is in giving you food for thought about what makes up the kinds of things in your training. Kelly B for example loves squats, but a lot of the jump experts love the deadlift more. Also lots of them love kettlebells. Man do these guys bang on about kettlebells.

So to all you guys I apologize for not sharing. It is not because I am greedy, I just don't want to rob the bloke who took the time to make it. No doubt you will all have yourselves a copy soon and when you do you will be wondering what allt he fuss is about.

why are you on this forum to brag or too help out can you atleast tell us a bit about whats in the programs besides the free stuff they tell you, we do not mind long messages descibing it i write them all the time and have not heard complaints.
