actually i left out a little i used bodyweight exercises and some old platform shoes but i never tried jumpsoles but i bought them and will use them when my foot gets better.

so i think most people here agreed to do plyos first, then weights.

yeah, but in vjb kelly bagget says to do the weights first and then the plyos for best results

if you care about getting stronger do weights first if you care about jumping higher do plyos first.

it doesnt we dont get everything from vjb we get if from all of the programs.

i'll look for wich section its in, i read the hole book, it is in there somewhere he clearly says to do the weights first i am pretty sure it is by the bodyweight program for some reason i kinda remember it being there
