well, don't push it if you feel tired or painful, because too much would hurt you and slow the progress.

This is less intense as the TVP. The TVP has 6 consecutive weight lifting days with the 7th day as rest. I am only lifting 4 times a week. It may seem a lot because i have added my bball work out as well.
I asked around places and people say taht skill work like shooting and dribbling isnt high intensifying and i can do them anyday i want. The only probelm that can happen is if i play full court game speed basketabll which i wont be doing in smmer cuz i will only be focusing on skill developments.
everyone said we should do weights and vjb on the same dy. so should we do weights first or vjb first?
