Default 2 simple questions. Thank you.

1. i'm going to start VJB Novice without weights. I want to know will i get the same results as those using weights.
2. can doing the program without shoes gain more?

1. No, you will not gain the same results. most of your results come from weights.
2. No idea, but i doubt it.

i also dont have weights and while it isnt as effectice itll still give u sum gains

well the bodyweight program was made for people who dont have access to a gym but still want to work their strength, but the main reason for wat i sed is that the weights program has multiple levels,(novice,intermediate and advanced i think) so the better u become the more advanced strength programs u can do, contrary to the bodyweight wer theres only one

There's only one level of bodyweight? I haven't read it in a while, but I'll go check it over.
But with the whole "different levels" thing, it is just working for longer. Bodyweight stops I guess after the first level, but weights progress. So it is not due to the weights, it is due to the extent of the program, right? Or is that not what you were saying?

nah that is wat im sayin, u can of course redo the bodyweight program but ud get better results if u moved on in the weights programs

Wearing shoes and not wearing shoes makes no difference. its like asking if standing on a 2 inch platform can gain you more inches.

yes there is a big difference do any program with shoes or you will injure yourself there will be way to much stress on the feet.
