Look man i be killing myself by weight lifting leg press etc.
if you do air alert 3 you most first be able to squat 1.5 you body wieght. Man air alert 3 are plyometric and if you dont know about that but befor you start you beed to sqaut 1.5 because you will hurt yourself kill your knees etc. i work my ass off just to lift 280 once and i am 6"1 grade 8 . i can touch the rim grab it 2 hands on vertical , no running . i am the 2 best player in the league and its cause of the high level i play. I am a foward but to be good i have to jump even higher , i am a real maniac i am going to 4 basket camps this summer. and i want to dunk real good by then ! you know about pylomertic , how much is you vertical , height, level, good

First learn to write properly because i dont understand anything you just said and dont say you can squat or whatever 280 pounds because being in grade 8 thats almost impossible. Dont be one of those show offs who comes out of nowhere and thinks he knows everything. This is one of your sentences: i can touch the rim grab it 2 hands on vertical , no running. It looks like you were going to say that you touch the rim with 1 hand but you decided to say you could grab it with 2 hands off of no run. Air Alert also isnt plyometrics and you can still do it if your conditioned player and not someone who is really weak. And you asked me a question at first and now your giving me all the answers to your own question even though most are wrong. Why ASK a question if you know the answer yourself? And I bet you if you talked to anyone who knows about increasing there vertical they would tell you that you get results after.

Ok first of all guys I am not showing off noting man. And by the way I can grab the rim 2 hands. And yes air alert in polymeric by the way. And first I am 15 because I failed my grade 4 changes to English school.

I know most people say air alert is crap and did noting for them. But yes if you’re starting and your legs are not developed its normal. Ask any NCAA or NBA player they'll tell you about squatting 1.5 before going into any leg polymeric program .you can go tomorrow start air alert no problem but for good result…
I been playing basket for about 3 years now, I know it isn’t a lot. I am only trying what’s best for me. I know you probably think your all better then me.
