Im doing bodytraining since i dont have access to weights with plyometrics. But it says i can achieve twice the results if i do them together, does that mean do them on the same week? Like for example:
PLYO--->Bodytraining--->Plyo--->Bodytraining?
MON. TUES. WED. THURS
Or do you do both in the same day like:
PLYO+BODYTRAINING
MON.
Which One?
Also, when it says like,
Ankle Jumps 2 x 10, Does that mean do 2 sets of 10 ankle jumps?
