I'm thinking of buying it (too bad that I just spent 42$ on AVR), because the program looks really worthwhile, but I also heard that the programs price was going to be cut in half, so I'm going to wait and see a bit since I have a lot of time on my hands due to a couple knee problems (my left knee has patellar tendonitis and osgood schlatters).

Has anyone else read through/done the program? And if so, what did you think of it and what were your gains or impressions?

I'll be doing some more exploring on the forum, but you guys should also take a look, it's interesting!
Good luck,
Jeremy

Thanks so much! and guess what! VertFreak101 is now $49.95 On many reviews VertFreak was ranked first or second best program on many sites with the only problem being price! I believe about 90% of purchasers before the price cut considered $79.99 an absolute steal, but being the people pleaser that I am, I have decided to cut the price to help more athletes!

hey i was thinking of buying vertfreak101, but im kinda skeptical about the results. will i really see an increase in my vertical or will my legs fall off or something. in the program are there specific % of 1RM that are given for each exercise so that i know what i'm doing? and what's this i hear about strength and explosive workouts? oh and one more thing is "vertfreak101" better than "flying in four"?

p.s. how long are the workouts?
