Default Question Guys!

I plan to train novice set programs on both plyometrics and strength on vjb, so i will train 2 times a week. Is it possible to do the program while I jog at least 1 hour for 4 times a week and body build (upperbody) 3 times a week? Can I still gain proper benefits?

i wouldn't jog. instead do sprints bcuz jogging will decrease ur vert. sprints will get u good shape and giv u good stamina. upperbody lifting is fine to do 3x a week.

I agree. You can sprint and work upper body but no jogging. Look at marathon runners (almost the ultimate joggers) they never look ripped, jump high or run fast. All they can do is run for long periods at slow speeds.
