Wow dude, i'm not saying that out of pure reasoning, it's fucking scientific proof..Just look it up on the internet, you will find alot of answers that will tell you that they not play a huge role in jumping.
I'm over with this, you're just trying to act like a smart ass here.
I was referring to everything you two said, like standing on your toes would platue the gains and give you back problems like high heels do--hardly any real proof there.
luke Lowrey has scientific evidence that the achillies tendon does have an import role in jumping, so just because someone has scientific "proof" doesn't mean they got it right. (Of course, because of this, I admit that luke's "scientific proof" could be wrong)
ok calves dont do that much ok jump with your legs stright not bending your knees thats how much your calves do than jump flat footed you get a hell of alot higher
This may seem weird, but I stand on my tip toes while in the shower. It may only be about 7 minutes but at least it will keep my muscles from getting worse.
That is very good wish, like instant vertical of 50'
But no that is not possible i dont mean for 50' just for little smaler numbers, you can gain like 5' on your jump and thats all. For real vert. you need a lot of time, a lot.
According to the cardinals trainer adrian wilson has his mamma's calfs but that doesnt matter a bit cause calves play a small role in running and jumping. Adrian Wilson has hops, just utube him
