AAHHH , OMG fcuk man, does this mean ima stop growin. Lol im 12 and 5'8 but ive been liftin 10lb dumbells for 2 months now. i gre from 5'4 to 5'8 since june. SHIT
I really started lifting weights duing the off-season after basketball season was over. I was only 5'4" then (about a year ago) Now I'm 5'6" going on 5'7".
yea i starting lifting when i was 5"5, and im 6'1 now so...
if you don't stretch it can affect it though because you're muscles (specially in the legs) get tighter
i went thru it kinda but there was too much, and i talked to this guy a while ago and he told me to lift, but make sure i stretched so my muscles wouldnt tighten up and stunt my growth
