ok.

I'm 5'6" and a half, and i can dunk (maximum: 7 to 7.5 feet net)

how do i gain more hops?? i want to jump higher.

have u even bothered to check out the other topics before u posted? u should check them out. theres a bunch of programs you can get to give you alot of inches on your vertical jump. if you look around im sure you will find more information then you need.
