i have jumpsoles(with Prioceptors) an some ball handling improvment things, wieghts, an gym access...i was wonderin if someone could help me devolp a program that would help me work out on my arm strength, ball handle an vertical. iM not lazy but i know that i could get a better program with a lot of people givin ther help then by doin it myself..THX ALOT!!! For any help
