is glucosamine and glutamine same?

i went to the pharmacist to pick up glutamine supplements and she gave me glucosamine supplements....i didnt notice till i got home...are they the same thing?

Of course not...Ahahaha..One is a medicine for your articulations and the other is powdered of some stuff that you have in your organism that helps with muscle and tissue regeneration and acid lactic crap..

Definately not the same thing..Go get it exchanged..

thanks alot for the response...that stuff costed alot of money too...what brand should i get for glutamine

I have no clue seriously..I live in canada and the brands are really different..


I suggest you go to a weight lifting gym instead of the pharmacy, they will give you better advices, and most likely sell better products.
