Hey guys........does our weight affect our jumping abilities? must u get thinner to jump higher?

if you have extra fat you lose it and you would gian but if your 15% and under you should just train and dont worry if over gotta drop some weight

When you say fat im guesing u mean over weight and yes it doesnt effect you weight. Its actually beter to lose your extra body fat after training your vert cause ur muscles will perfom like the wuld if you very heavier so effectivly you will jump higher after a couple of weeks after you lose the weight. If that makes any sense

Na Maybe If Your Short And Fat Lol... Look At Escalade Man Hes Fat But He Can Still Jump And Get The Ball In The Hole... Just If U R Bigger More Training Wud Be The Key.. Polymetrics

O.o.....but the thing is Escalade's big....well not to say i'm overweight.....but i'm 14 and 62-65kg (couldn't remember)....is that bad?

well obviously weight matters.. obviously the fuckin heavier you are its gonna be harder to jump higher has to do with your hieght 2.. fuck this is like common sense shit

that didnt make sense.....from jump higher

weight and height has a big part of it.. your height determins how much momentum u can create fluidly and you weight optimal weight determins(weight where ur not a lank and not a faty or to muscly) how effect ur jumping is going to be even if u can get to jumping say high enough to dunk
