Default Does Pumping Weight's Effect Your Shooting?

I dont mean to brag or anything....but im pretty good at shooting


anyway, i started pumping weights awhile ago and i was wondering if it effects your shooting skills? weird question, I know.

Well it can effect it in a good way..if you work your triceps you can improve your shooting range..

remember to constantly shoot during the time that you are working out so there are no surprises when one day you can sink a half court shot but you over power layups

as long as u do it properly..but if u looking for strength do stuff dat does ur core muscle strength....research!...ill explain later if u want but right now i gotta sleep

it will eventually as you get stronger when your shooting those 3's obviously when you did before you put different strength in your shot and now that once you get real strong doing curls and shit your gonna notice a difference and have to adjust

I actually have this same problem now... I don't know how much strength to put. But it's coming back...
