im going to start the novice plyometric program i will use two dumbells(= 21,5 + 21,5=23 lbs) for better gains. Lugie i know that i should stick with the novice strength program but i dont have want to start up now maybe februar.
i am relly interested in doing some plyos i dilike to see the effects of this kind of training and i find it very challenging and effective to conbine some plyometric exercises with two 21,5pound-dumbells.

if your gonna do ploys with weight try to cut the reps in half because you will probly over trian if you dont because the program is not made to be done with weights.
