dont worry about your very man...ur 12.....work on other aspect of your game.....vert dont mean anything to a 12 year old....your to young to weight train or for that matter any serious training. Your just damage urself in the long run.
Im almost 18 and ive just jumped as high as i could to try block people and intercept passes ect and ive built a nice sold base vert and im only just started jumpsoles now even though they have been in my wardrobe for 2 years. There just no point building ur vertical until u older.
but if you want help light plymetric exercises, jump soles, vertical jumjp bible but try at ur own risk being 12

How tall are you? Like I said while ur at practise just try jump as high as u can for rebounds and everything and ull gradually get ur vert up nice and non damaging.....then when u get to about 15-16 start doing more
