Default how do u use jumpsoles?
how do i use them properly? i got me a pair but i never used them so any info on it would be apperciated

You just get a pair of shoes that are a snug fit. Strap em on. And follow wats on the Videos ur get with them along with ur training program. Just read the book ull understand.
