Dribblin help
i wanna improve my ball handlin so i need yo help i got collect some programs of sick playaz like skip it 2 mmy lu, bone collector but i aint no if these dribblin programs r authentic and really made by these steetplayaz and which of like you most? so peep some of em:
Skip's Dribbling Program
Tennis Ball Dribble- 10 minutes
Do These Drills With Weights:
Backwards Dribble Running- about 2 minutes
Windmill Around Legs w/ Dribble- about 2 minutes
V-Dribble Between Legs- 1 minute between each leg
Dribble Behind Back- about 2 minutes
Defense Dribble- 2 sets of 50 dribbles with each hand
Figure Eight Dribble- 1 minute then switch direction
Walking crab dribble-1 minute
Now Take the Weights Off:
Pound 1, 2, Crossover- about 2 minutes
Spider Dribble- about 2 minutes
Side V Dribble- 1 minute on each side
Front V Dribble- 1 minute with each hand
One Hand Crossover- 1 minute with each hand
Between Legs Behind Back- about 2 minutes
Push Pull Dribble- 1 minute with each hand
2 Ball stationary Dribble- 2 minutes
2 Ball High Low Dribble- about 2 minutes
Do these Drills with Gloves On:
Windmill Around Legs w/o Dribble- about 2 minutes
Circles Around Head- 2 sets of 50 each direction
Circles Around Waist- 2 sets of 50 each direction
Circles Around Ankles- 2 sets of 50 each direction
Circles Around Individual Leg- 2 sets of 50 each direction
Now Take the Gloves Off:
Fingertip Taps In Front of Body- 50 taps
Punching Bag- 1 minute facing each direction
Crossed Legged Circle Dribbles- about 2 minutes
Kneeling Figure Eights- 1 minute each direction
Different Strokes- 2 minutes while switching hand position
He Got Game-performed like in he got game where jesus and his dad are sitting on the bed and dribbling under the legs, do that but variate your form like do under both legs, switch to under 1 leg, switch to under the oher leg, do under both legs, and like in mixtape volume 3 where hot sauce circles his leg around while dribbling under it
Laid Back Dribble- about 2 minutes
Walking Reverse Crossover Dribble- about 1 minute
Dead Ball- Do drill 15 times a day
3-6’s Lights out dribbling-put on your gloves and wrist weights and dribble in a dark room and do all the moves you can think of-3 minutes
-do the same drill but with no gloves or weights-5 minutes
Do this workout 5 times a week.
If you dont have enough time to do this workout at one time do half in the morning and half at night.
Other Execises-
whenever possible carry around a raquetball or tennis ball and dribble around with it
tapping-whenever you are just sitting around start tapping your leg whatever really fast like patting somebodys#####i guess you could compare it to, do with both hands as long as you can.
-pick out a move from a mixtape or a nike commercial or something and try to master it as best as you can. try to master a new move every week

Crazy Handles Program
Warm Up
Ball Pounds: Hold the ball in front of your body with one hand. Pound the ball from the hand that it is in to the other hand, which is empty. Move the ball all around; rotate it so you?re not pounding the same spot over and over again. Try to get a feel for the ball. Do this about 35 times.
Drills
10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1: Sit in a chair. Dribble the ball with your right hand 10 times as fast as you can, keeping the ball as low to the ground as you can. As soon as you dribble ten times immediately switch the ball to your left hand and do the same, without stopping in between. Once you do that, go back to your right hand and dribble nine times as fast as you can, then switch it back over to your left hand and do the same thing. Repeat going down by one until you reach one and then just keep dribbling as low and fast as you can, alternating hands. Go for about 30 seconds once you reach 1.
Finger Dribble: This is a great exercise for increasing strength in the fingers as well as grip for each finger. Start by dribbling the ball with your thumb. Then move on to your index finger and do the same with all your fingers and move on to your other hand. Do about 15 each finger.
Wall Dribble: Stand in front of a wall. Hold a ball in your hand and then dribble it against the wall. Do the same for both hands. Do 50 twice with each hand.
Ball Slaps: Put a basketball on one hand then slap it over to your other hand quickly. Do this repeatedly as quickly as possible. Only use your fingers and wrists to move the ball. Do this in front of your chest, straight out in front of you, with your arms straight pointing towards the floor, with your arms straight pointing up, and with your arms straight continuously moving up and down. Do about 200.
Circles: There are 4 types of Circles: Head, Waist, Legs, and Corkscrew. The first 3 you just circle the ball around what it says as fast as you can. Once you do 3 of those, do the corkscrew. You go head, waist, legs, waist, head without stopping. Try to do it both clockwise and counter clockwise. Do about 20 rotations at each spot.
Walking The Dog: There are three parts to this drill; low medium and high. For medium: start by extending your right leg out in front of your body. Then lower yourself a little so you are sturdy. Dribble the ball back to front, dribbling about knee high. For low: dribble as low to the floor as possible in the same fashion. For high: stand up straight and dribble as high and far as you can. The pattern for this drill is medium-low-medium-high-medium-low-medium-high-medium. Dribble about 15 times at each height. Do both hands.
V Dribble: Same as Walking The Dog but do it in front of your body. Use the same dribbling pattern; m-l-m-h-m-l-m-h-m. Do 15 reps at each position. Do both hands.
Bounce: Same as Walking The Dog but do it straight up. For high do controlled shoulder dribbles, for medium do protection dribbles, and for low dribble as low and fast as you can while protecting the ball with your off hand. Use the same dribbling pattern; m-l-m-h-m-l-m-h-m. Do 15 reps at each position. Do both hands.
Cool Down
Finger Stretch: Press each finger against the same one on the opposite hand. Hold for 30+ seconds.
Thats the first month.
Do this everyday for a month then start month two. This month focuses on pushing and pulling.
The whole program should take about a 20 minutes a day. Feel free to do any other exercises on top of these.

Bone Collector’s Dribbling Program (26 minute program)
Exercises and description
Dribble-just dribble with ur left hand and right hand
Through the legz high-dribble through the legz without bending or crouching down back and forth
Through the legz low-dribble back and forth through your legs fast and low, crouch down abit
Inside out dribbles-cross fake, bring the ball in and back out in a crescent shape, use body motion
Fake 2 cross- fake left then cross right, vice versa
Pound 1, 2 cross- dribble twice and then cross
Yo yo dribbles (v dribbles)- with one hand dribble from left to right, right to left
Behind the back-dribble behind your back, back and forth
Studder drive-studder, fake, hesitate, (whatever u want to call it) then drive (2 steps drive is good for practice)
Cross jab- jab with right to the left side and bring the ball over like ur driving, vice versa
Figure 8-dribble around ur legs in a figure 8 usin small low dribbles
Spyder dribble- right to left, left to right (thru the legs), right to left (behind the back), left to right (front 2 back thru legz) etc. NOTE: The basketball and ur legs stay in the same spot, the ball can move a little but relatively in the same spot, dribble low
Chair dribble- sit on a chair with ur legs out in front of u, feet on ground, and dribble under your thighs bhind ur lower legs, u can be creative by dribbling while moving ur legs or freestyling on a chair
Do the exercises as specified
Exercise Minutes
Dribble ˝ minute each hand (1 min total)
Thru the Legz Hi 1 minute each leg (2 min total)
Thru the Legz Low 2 minutes each leg (4min total)
Inside out Dribbles ˝ minute each hand (1 min total)
Fake 2 cross 2 minutes
Pound 1, 2 cross 1 minute
Yo yo dribbles 1 minute each hand (2 minute total)
Behind the Back 1 minute
Studder Drive 2 minutes each hand/side (4 minutes total)
Cross Jab 1 minute each hand (2 minutes total)
Figure 8 1 minute
Spyder Dribble 2-3 minutes
Chair Dribble 3-5 minutes
Do this program mon-fri and practice over the weekends but u do not have to do specified time. After 2-3 weeks after doing this program try doing the following exercises with your eyes closed
-thru the legz hi
-thru the legz low
-pound 1, 2 cross
-yo yo dribbles
-behind the back
-frigure 8
-spyder dribble
After doing this program for about 5 weeks you will have handlez as good as the Bone Collector’s.
