Default VJ Workouts

Hmm..I'm looking for a decent VJ workout so I could get a few inches more in my Jump. I got a current 28' VJ, and I need a lil more to dunk. Im 14 btw..
Can anyone sugest a good one for me?
(Its doesn't matter if i have to buy it or not)

b/c air alert hurts ur knees, if it it doesnt matter about the money then defanitley do VJB. its really good and u will defanitley gain from it. its around like $40. dont waste ur time on air alert, its no good

ohh ya the vjb is great you would not eavn need weights and if you do have weights you could use even better because they have stregth programs with weights too and lots and lots of good info
