Little Question
Aight, I been playin basketball for awhile, and am decent at it. Only problem is, I got what seems to be the hops of a 4 year old. I got the VJB, and was readin it. Only thing i wanna know is, should i just start the workouts or do what they were sayin. I know i can squat more than my body weight, but not 1.5, becuz i haven't really worked out my legs as much. If anyone has used VJB, it would help a bunch if u told me what u guys did b4 startin the program, becuz i really dont feel like exercising for months on end and not getting the full potential outta the program.
