Hey guys im 5 foot 5 inches 140 pounds.
And i can touch a 10 foot rim.do you think thats hopz and im actually only 15.
Tell me what you think and how high can you jump?
Oh and i can dunk a 9foot5 high rim.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

damn how many times have you posted that? yeah you have hops. i'm 5'7 1/2" and can hang on the ring but i'm only 125 pounds.

i'm 5 foot 6 inches and i can almost touch the backboard my jump is bad but i start the 9week program for jumping and i think your jump is very good. Can some1 send me air alert i want to try it if this program doesen't work. I like to shoot
