i dont know what to say..... First off, what you said about the site being put together in 5 minutes, if it took that long then I send my condolences to the guy who made it, because he truly must be inept.
Second, he gives you basically zero idea on what the program is (weights or bodyweight? Plyos or beginner stuff?) He doesn't tell you who the hell he is, or where/how he got the information. My guess is that he just threw a bunch of exercises together from other things and called it a program.
4 times a week for 20 minutes, I hope he isn't overtraining you, it seems pretty damn high if the workout is anything.
Telling you how much you'd gain (even with a range of 4-10 inches, which you'll probably be right 85% of the time) isn't logical, because anyone could do this program, and people could gain anywhere from nothing to 13 inches depending on the program (exxageration, obviously).
