Default Muscle soreness

When I do exercise repitions, it hurts while I do it but afterwards it dosen't. Does this mean the exercise is too easy?

If you stretch properly, you should only be moderatly sore after a workout..


Define what you mean by ''it hurts while I do it''... Is it pain? soreness?

i lift a lot too, and i work as hard as i can but i dont get sore
im getting stronger and puttin on muscle but i jus dont get sore
if possible tho, work yourself harder, more weights--reps--sets whatever
