Default Doing VJB Plyometrics novice with strength training or intermediate plyometrics

I did the tests and found that my reactive jump is lower than my regular. I can touch rim off vert with a 7'8 reach so I have about 27 inch vertical. I have done air alert in the past and it didn't work at all. I also do weights weekly. So I know that I need to work on plyometrics but am not sure if I should do the novice with strength training or the intermediate. I also haven't found how many days a week you should do it if you are doing two programs at once. Thanks.

As far as how many days to do it depends on the routine and its all in the book dude just READ lol :P

and it depends on how high your squat is ??
if your 1 rep max squat is 1.5x your body weight then do intermediate Plyos by itself.

if your 1rpm squat is not 1.5x your body weight do novice plyos with novice weights.

Yeah I know it's in the book haha, it just said you could do novice plyos with strength too. I squat like double my body weight. So I know I should be doing plyos, but not sure if I should do intermediate plyos cause your vert is supposed to be pretty high. Mines probably like 28 standing.

If your reactive jump is lower then your standing jump then do intermediate. if there the same then do weights and plyos.
