Default Effective Ball Handling Program???

I type ball handling program in google and the effective ball handling program by Alex Maroko comes up a ton. I'm 6'4" and i've gotten good at shooting but ive played post in my school my whole life cause i was the biggest one and never got good at dribblin. Im goin to college now to play a 3 or small 4 position and i need to learn how to dribble better. If anyone has used the effective ball handling program let me know how it works or if another program worked for you i'd like to hear that too.

Listen To Me And Listen Clearly, Yes Ganon Baker's Videos And Better Ball Handling Does Work, But Pistol Pete's Ball Handling Is The Most Effective Ball Handling Video Out There, Most Videos Have His Drills On There.

All You Have To Do Is Do Pistol's Drills, But You Have To Be Consistent, And Do Thousands Of Reps Of Them, God Blessed Me With Pistol's Video And I Worked Hard And Persevered And My Ball Handling Is Feared And Respected.

Effective Ball Handling is very solid. I went through it this weekend and plan on starting it today. It has 4 different programs; beginner, intermediate I, intermediate II, and advanced. It has ready made charts that you can take to the court so you know exactly what to practice. The are different workouts like a stationary workout, sitting down/two ball workout and a speed and movement workout to cover all aspects of dribbling a basketball.

The author Alex M. is very clear and lays the program out very simple. He lets you know that the base of his program is persistence and hard work.

Yes, you should get the program.

If anyone has any other questions feel free to ask.
