Default Forward Play

Hey guys, I am a power forward, but I don't have many good moves. Most of the moves I do get rejected by bigger players. Is there any tuts or vids out there I can learn from?

you can buy better basketball better post play. and how tall and big are you? if your size is unsuitable for power forward, ask your coach to switch you into a small forward or something more suitable. and how you shoot under tha basket?

btw, one good move to score as a power forward is the baby hook.

thats a good height for power forward (in singapore, cos the average height is pretty short). im not very sure whether it is good for you in your area lol. our power forward is only 5'8 and 5'7

get some guard skills? I play on a team where im tied teh second tallest out of 12 players. Me and one guy is 5'11-6'0 with shoes on and theres this one guy thats about 6'2. I play point guard and i wont slide down for nobody just because they are shorter so you should get some guard skills if you ever want to be good.

As a PF myself the up and under has become my bread and butter for easy layups. Just use youtube if you need a vid.

I played center in my league and was at least 6 in shorter than everybody else. The moves that i used were the up and under and the drop step. Also if your smaller than the dude you can just sort of jump into the him and throw it up. the refs will usually call a foul.
