id recommend doing crunches as slow as you can, that's really good for ur muscular strength and also its not as bad for ur back/hips as situps
Do hanging leg/knee raises hanging on a bar...without moving your back, lift ur legs/knees (legs are harder) as high as u can, and slowly move them down again. That completes one rep. These exercise the lower abs, whereas crunches exercise the higher abs
i swear to god tho, never buy those stupid ab videos tho theyr soooooooooooooooo stupid. u can find good exercises on the web, unless ur one of those ppl who like to exercise to aerobic videos and cheesy music
