2) No one will post saying that they will email someone the program.
3) No one will post begging for the program.
4) No one will post the program.

because it costs money and getting it for free is piracy (illegal). last time that was out in public like that Kelly Bagget showed up to the site and threatened to take legal action.

SPAMMING: I wasnt in the site for a while but during my time there was a lot
Overall good move and good rules, I think if anyone post any program that specifically said not to should be banned becos most of all that member is endangering the site...
