yea but he wasnt lyk 15 inches or sumfin coz he hired a coach and got his vert 2 48, he alreadi had a pretty gud vert. on youtube there r basketball tips on there from him and he talks about vert, he just sed that as a kid he used 2 just jump around alot and play hopscotch and stuff and that he didnt train it much n yea

^Yep on youtube he says he just practised jumping alot he didnt realy train.
And Im only using MJ as an example cuz this dude thinks he can jump almost as high as MJ.

are you reffering to me , and mj does not have the highest vert some guy on the globetrotters has a like 55 inch, and then some vollyball player has a 52 inch and luke lowry trained like three people to over 50 inch verts. its not that hard to get a vert in the 40s basketball players could have higher verts but they cant do plyos in season.

the highest vert is kadour ziani with 56 inches! he can only get 56 of one leg tho

i dont think we really know who has the highest vertical there could be some guy in africa or somewhere with a 60 inch vert you never know.

I no this thread might be dead but i just read over this and i relized something....how is stealing something like a tv the same thing as buying something, and giving it away...no1 stole vjb, 1 person bought it and gave to every1 else( except me, i bought mine 1 day b4 i found this site lol), but if someone bought the tv and gave it to sum1 else is that illegal?no.

i think the only things that make it illegal is that kelly worte sumwhere that its illegal to spread it and 1 person bought it, but more than 100 got it without paying, unlike the tv, where only one person got the tv if u gave it away...but either way thats why i think all these vertical jump programs shud be made in book format because its harder to spread around( and who wud give their book away?), but honestly what did kelly expect when he put sumthin on the internet like that, theres a law called piracy or sumthin that over 1 billion ppl disobey so if he took the time and made it into a book, problem solved( unless sum1 took the whole book and wrote it out and felt like giving it out on the comp.)...hope thats understandable lol..
