Default muscular endurance for arms...is it at all useful for bball?

just wonderin, is upper body muscular endurance at all useful for bball

e.g. when ur really tired and u cant shoot well, would doing pushups help, or is that just me eatin' too much pizza

hell yeah it helps, but mostly when your really tired and cant shoot its cuz of your legs (cuz thats what you use to shoot). But upper body endurance helps for pulling down the tough boards, getting there to block the shots, make crisp passes, etc..

Yerh and bro when it comez 2 streetballin aight.... u need 2 hav basics muscular endarance not bigs and huge legs but if realli wannner get strong go to ur local court aight and shoot from everywhere aight and when u miss punish yaself and do liK 10-20 push-ups and sit-ups aight an if when u miss dats wat ya do K and as u start getting tired push tho dat stage of hurt....
